From the Gallery
If you'd like to make a purchase from our gallery, we can have your Presence gift-wrapped and sent within 1-3 business days, if the piece is still available. If you'd like to order any previously sold or gifted items, we can create a similar piece specific to your preferences. Of course, keep in mind that each item is handcrafted & one-of-a-kind, so pieces inspired by another will still offer an original design of its own.
Custom Designs
We offer handcrafted custom-made designs so that you can come to us with an image or idea in mind. Email us with your ideas, and we will respond with your options. We will work together on a vision, including a price-range that fits your budget & a time-frame that matches your needs.
Payment Options
Within your package, we will include a receipt and a company-addressed stamped envelope for you to make payment within two weeks of receiving the Presence.
Shipping & Handling Fees
Shipping & handling is usually $3.25 per order, except in unusual circumstances or large company orders. This fee includes the shipping fees, to you or the recipient of your gift, and designer gift wrapping.
Return Policy
You have the option of returning the item(s) for a full refund (if paid) within 2 weeks after receiving the package.
